Weather Conditions: very little rain mostly sunny, good for running.
Time ran: 8 am to 2:30 pm, 6.5 hours
Athlete Condition: due to a lot of high heels and downhills, managing okay. He is happy what he has a chief today now having a good night rest at Picton Valley Inn. Which place has beautiful tranquility, well maintained and good facility. Would recommend everyone to stop by if you do pass by. This year, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in Sydney’s iconic City2Surf race, completing the 14-kilometer course in 1 hour and 8 minutes! It was both a fun and unforgettable experience.

City2Surf is more than just a running event—it’s a fantastic way to immerse yourself in Sydney’s dynamic and vibrant energy. The course, featuring stunning beach views, enthusiastic spectators, and a colorful atmosphere, made every moment special.

One of the most challenging parts of the race, “Heartbreak Hill,” truly lived up to its name. Tackling this infamous incline was tough but exhilarating, and the sense of accomplishment I felt upon conquering it reminded me that all my preparation had paid off.

In preparing for this race, I focused on improving both my speed and endurance. Maintaining my pace throughout and achieving my goal was an incredibly rewarding experience.

City2Surf is not just a race—it’s a celebration of community, energy, and perseverance. It’s an experience where you can test your physical and mental limits while enjoying every step along the way. It’s something every runner should experience at least once in their lifetime.

This year’s City2Surf has deepened my passion for running. Now, I’m looking forward to new challenges and goals. It’s never too late to take the first step and create your own success story!


This year, I had the privilege of participating in one of Sydney’s most scenic events, the Bay Run, and completed the 7-kilometer course in 29 minutes and 39 seconds! It was an amazing experience where I tested my speed and fully enjoyed the run.

The Bay Run stands out for its beautiful course and serene atmosphere. Running along Sydney’s picturesque waterfront, it felt as if time flew by while soaking in the stunning views.

On this short yet impactful course, I carefully strategized to maintain my pace and manage my energy effectively. Achieving my target time, seeing the results of my training, and feeling that I had improved myself was incredibly motivating.

The Bay Run is more than just a race; it’s a unique experience that makes you feel part of Sydney’s vibrant running community. The spectators cheering along the way and the camaraderie of fellow runners made the event truly unforgettable.

This accomplishment has further strengthened my passion for running. The Bay Run offers an excellent challenge to test both your speed and endurance. For running enthusiasts, it’s the perfect opportunity to combine performance with enjoyment.

Sydney Marathon 2024: The Joy of Reaching My Goal

This year, I achieved an important milestone in my running journey: I successfully completed the Sydney Marathon! I’m proud to have finished this unforgettable experience in 3 hours and 44 minutes.

The unique course of the Sydney Marathon offers an amazing opportunity to explore the city’s iconic landmarks. The excitement at the start line, the breathtaking moments while crossing the Sydney Harbour Bridge, and the indescribable joy of stepping across the finish line made this journey truly unforgettable for me.

Throughout my preparation, I followed a disciplined training program to be physically and mentally ready for this challenge. One of the most important lessons I learned during this process is that running is not just a sport but also a test of patience, endurance, and determination.

During the marathon, the supportive spectators, the energy of fellow runners, and the flawless organization made the experience even more special. Especially in the last few kilometers, I kept moving forward thanks to my belief in myself and what I could achieve.

This accomplishment is not just about a time goal; it symbolizes pushing my limits and taking a step toward realizing my dreams. Now, it’s time to set new goals!
